Hawaii's home prices rise 14.3 percent between March 2013 and March 2013, ranking fifth in the nation, according to California-based CoreLogic. That was with distressed properties factored out. The increase was 13.4 percent when distressed sales were included. Nevada topped the list at 20.8 percent. Nationally, home prices increased by an average of 10.5 percent year over year.
