20 Acres of Ko Olina Land Exchange Hands
02/17/2022According to a report by KITV4, a 20-acre parcel near Ko Olina has been sold. China Oceanwide Holdings is selling the property to local developer Alakai Development for around $23 million. The parcel sits just adjacent to Ko Olina Resort.
China Oceanwide Holdings still holds over 400 acres of land in the area, and had originally planned on developing an Atlantis-branded resort.
