Judith Yamashiro brings a remarkably diverse, multi-disciplinary background to her real estate practice, combining decades of experience in finance, administration, and compliance to deliver exceptional service to her clients.
Originally from Guam, Judith’s professional journey spans several key regions, including Ohio, California, and Hawaii. Throughout her career, she has held vital roles in credit reporting, administrative management, and higher education finance—including serving as a Financial Aid Officer and working within the accounting and admissions departments of institutions such as the Southern California Institute of Technology, the International Air Academy, and the Maritime Academy in Vallejo. This extensive background in financial administration instilled in her a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of complex paperwork and transaction processes.
Judith’s formal entry into real estate began in San Francisco, where she spent six years as the Office Manager for a California Probate Referee and Certified Public Accountant. While managing the firm, she communicated with attorneys and paralegals regarding assets in probate, preparing the necessary legal forms, served as a CA Notary Public, and earned her California real estate license in 2007.
In 2012, Judith returned to Hawaii—a place where her deep roots began in the mid-1980s when she welcomed her firstborn on Oahu. After returning to the islands, she continued to sharpen her financial acumen, managing accounting workflows for the Hawaii Pacific University Bookstore and serving as a bookkeeper for The Realty Company. Drawing on her extensive legal, financial, and administrative foundation, she officially earned her Hawaii real estate license in 2017.
Today, Judith leverages her vast cross-industry knowledge to guide buyers and sellers seamlessly through the real estate market. Known for her integrity, empathy, and absolute dedication, she treats each client with the utmost respect, tailoring her approach to their specific goals. Whether helping families find their perfect home or navigating specialized transactions like vacant land sales on the Big Island, Judith is committed to turning her clients' real estate desires into reality.
