Hi, everyone! Although new to the real estate sales business, I have spent my entire professional career, spanning over 3 decades - approximately 20 years from Honolulu, Hawaii, and 16 years from Tokyo, Japan - as a transactional real estate lawyer, assisting friends and clients with their legal real estate needs. In this role, I have had the honor and privilege of negotiating, advising and documenting real estate purchase, sales, leasing and financing transactions, in connection with both residential and commercial (hotel and resort, office building, golf course, condominium and raw land) assets located all over the world for clients from across the globe.
Throughout my legal career, I have strived to develop and maintain a reputation for hard work, honesty and integrity, which I believe are the most important attributes that I can offer you, as your real estate agent. It would be my honor to have the opportunity to assist you with your real estate needs in Hawaii.
By the way, if helpful, I am able to communicate with you in Japanese. My Japanese speaking is at a business level and I am able to read business level Japanese with no problems at all. I regret, however, that I do not feel comfortable writing complex business matters to you in the Japanese language.
