Sachi Braden (R) is the owner, President, and Principal Broker of Sachi Hawaii-Pacific Century Properties, LLC and a Top Producing Realtor in Hawaii who has been consistently ranked at the top 1% of all the Realtors statewide. A native of Osaka, Japan, her earlier career with Pan American World Airways brought her to Honolulu, Hawaii. Sachi’s bilingual skills, her understanding of cultural differences couples with her work ethic, negotiation skills and unparalleled market knowledge are all assets that help her clients achieve their real estate goals. After having established herself as the top producing Previews Specialist and working her way to the ranks of Vice President of national franchise Coldwell Banker, Sachi started her own International Real Estate company, Sachi Hawaii Pacific Century Properties, LLC in 2004. Today, Sachi Hawaii’s mission is to provide better personalized service for a targeted cadre of high net worth national and international clients. Since its founding in 2004, Sachi Hawaii has sold over $600 Million in properties.
In 2005 Sachi hit her personal production record with over $90 Million in sales production. In 2008 she was a top producer who sold three of the top ten most expensive properties in the state of Hawaii, breaking records in the area of high value sales, $9.5Million, $9.5 Million, and $14 Million respectively. Sachi continued to excel in the sale of high end oceanfront properties having closed yet another record breaking sale in March 2009 at the price of $8.25 Million. In 2013, Sachi closed a record-high transaction in Hawaii Loa Ridge at over $10 million, as well as a record-high Penthouse condominium sale in Nauru Tower at over $5 million. She finished at $87 million, just shy of her record year in 2005 during the historic real estate boom.

Chikako is originally from Sendai, Japan, and is a graduate of Dokkyo University where she majored in English language, specializing in International Trade. She concurrently earned her teaching license for junior and senior high school. Chikako moved to Hawaii in 1996, initially working as a Program Assistant at JAIMS (Japan America Institute of Management Science-Fujitsu related business school) before acquiring her Realtor Associate license in 1999. Fluent in both Japanese and English, Chikako has been an integral part of Sachi Hawaii's success from the company's inception. As Vice President, Chikako oversees marketing and promotion projects, transaction tracking, and client relations. In 2004, Chikako obtained her broker license and became Broker-in-Charge of Sachi Hawaii- Pacific Century Properties.
Born and raised on the Island of Oahu, Moe graduated from Kalani High School, concurrently attending Rainbow Gakuen Japanese School for 11 years. While attending Kalani High School, Moe was involved in community service and participated in Junior Varsity basketball. Moe acquired her real estate license in 2004 and handles the escrows for Sachi Hawaii. Moe is bilingual in Japanese and English.
Jacob’s interest in the arts began at a very young age, entering and winning hand-drawn art contests in grade school. As technology evolved, so did his interest in how he delivered that art. Learning graphic design and desktop publishing on a monochromatic Mac Classic progressed to a comprehensive knowledge and skill base of today’s industry standard Adobe Creative Suite, including web and graphic design, desktop publishing, and related skills encompassing photography and videography.
Jacob graduated from University of Washington in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis. Jacob choose marketing as a supplement to his acquired skills in the digital arts. Jacob made the move to Hawaii in October 2009 and has been an integral part of Sachi Hawaii since 2010 where he provides marketing, graphic design, photography and videography for the Sachi Hawaii team
Property Management Team
Carmen has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years with a background in commercial property management, managing retail, office, and industrial properties. Some of the high profile commercial properties that she managed included Aloha Tower Marketplace and Hawaii Kai Towne Center as the General Manager. She holds a Hawaii State Real Estate Brokers License and is also a real estate investor with rental properties of her own. She is also a Notary Public and a member of NARPM. Carmen handles the long term rentals for our clients, and oversees the property management department of Sachi Hawaii.
Originally from Nagano, Japan, Emi lived in Guam and Saipan before relocating to Hawaii in 1999. Prior to acquiring her Realtor Associate’s license in 2003, she worked as a Tour Coordinator for a Japanese tour company. In July of 2004, Emi joined Sachi Hawaii as a full-time Realtor Associate specializing in international clientele. She is fluent in Japanese and English and is a repeated Aloha Aina award nominee every year since 2006. Emi completed her GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute designation and her ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative designations. She serves her clients with care and dedication making her a sought after resource. Emi's personal interest and accomplishments; She became an excellent Skier while working for a Ski company in Japan. Now she enjoys Golf, Hula, and Running in Hawaii, and has successfully completed the Honolulu Marathon twice. Also helping for community charity golf tournament events.
Shizue is a native of Japan and has been a Hawaii resident for over twenty five years. Shizue obtained her Hawaii Real Estate license in 2001 and received her Real Estate Brokers license in 2005. She is a member of the Japan-American Society of Hawaii and a board member of American Japanese Women’s Golf Association. Shizue is a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, the Hawaii State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Her varied experience in the commercial worlds of differing cultures provides her with a unique perspective to serve her clients. Shizue has dealt extensively with many of the world’s wealthiest individuals and royalty. Her experience assures all clients of strict confidentiality and superior, dedicated service. Shizue joined Sachi Hawaii in January of 2006.
Tomoko is originally from Hyogo, Japan. She graduated from Dokyo University where she majored in English language with a specialty in American Literature. She moved to Hawaii in 1998 with her family. She worked for a Japanese real estate company as a property manager for three years and managed over 100 rental properties in Waikiki. Tomoko obtained her Hawaii real estate license in 2001 and she joined Sachi Hawaii in 2006. She is an Aloha Aina award nominee of 2005 and she is very familiar with properties in Waikiki.
Yoshiko was born and raised in Japan. She started her career as a flight attendant in 1971 for Cathey Pacific Airways based out of Hong Kong. In 1974, she moved to Los Angeles, CA and was Executive Secretary to the GM of C. Itoh & Co. In 1978 she traveled Europe and lived in Nice, France where she fell in love with French culture and language. Yoshiko moved to Hawaii in 1986 and obtained her real estate sales license in 1987 followed by her broker license in 1995. She is an avid golf player and member of Mid Pacific County Club. Yoshiko’s varied global background and over 20 years of experience in real estate sales help her provide excellent service to her international clients. Yoshiko joined Sachi Hawaii in 2009. Fluent in Japanese and English.
Laisin Lee has been a full-time real estate professional in Hawaii since 1991 currently affiliated with Sachi Hawaii-Pacific Century Properties specializing in residential and international properties. Since 2008 she has served as the President for the Hawaii International Real Estate Council and was the 2009 National Director for the Asian Real Estate Association of America & member of the organizations Chairman’s Circle. She was a past recipient of the “Aloha 'Aina REALTOR®'s Choice Award”.
Laisin is active in the business community and devotes much of her time to community services and ethnic education producing and co hosting a bi-weekly Cantonese news magazine community service radio program “Splendor Era” on KNDI AM1270 in Honolulu, Hawaii and from 1997-2004 produced and co hosted an award winning weekly community service Cantonese radio program “Asian Pacific News Magazine”.
She is a registered court interpreter in Cantonese and Mandarin for the Hawaii judicial system and provides translation and interpretation services for other government agencies, business enterprises, legal counsels and the community at large especially for Chinese immigrants with language barriers.
Laisin is married with two children. She was born and raised in Hong Kong. Her education background includes a Master degree in Fine Arts from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, a Bachelor’s Degree from the National Taiwan Normal University in Education and Fine Arts, a Post Graduate Diploma-in-Education from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to entering the real estate profession, much of her career was devoted to art and education. She was the Course Leader for the Studio Ceramics program and lecturer of the foundation design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Junko was born and raised in Ginza, Tokyo. While in Tokyo, she worked as a political secretary and as a coordinator for a private charter cruise ship company. In 1972 she was married and moved to Hawaii. As wife of an International diplomat to the United Nations, Junko was actively involved in promoting International friendships with Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Indonesia, South Korea, North Korea, and other Asian nations. During this time she lived in Bangkok Thailand. In 1985 Junko and her family moved back to Hawaii. Junko received her Hawaii Real Estate Sales Associate license in 1990, and embarked on an active real estate career focusing on helping international clientele. Junko is fluent in both Japanese and English. She joined the Sachi Hawaii sales team in 2006 and continues to use her international knowledge and connections to help clients not only from Japan, but throughout South East Asia and the United States.
George was born in Yamaguchi prefecture Japan. He moved to Hawaii with his family when he was 8 years old. His early career was as a Dental Technician. In the early 1990’s, George became a property manager handling approximately 100 rental units. Following his love of real estate, he obtained his Realtor Associate license in 1999 and worked as part of Sachi Braden’s sales team during her Coldwell Banker days. Growing up in Honolulu, George has excellent knowledge of the island, its neighborhoods, and he specializes in finding “good buys” for his clients. His clients benefit from his great communication skills, detail oriented service, and expert negotiation skills. In 2008, George joined Sachi Hawaii- PCP.
Born and raised in Kyoto, Japan; After graduating from school, she relocated to Tokyo where she lived for 10 years working in the fashion industry as a fashion model for Elite Models. Yuriko modeled for designer lines such as FENDI , Christian Dior, Hermes, CELINE, Chloe, Ralph Lauren, Cartier, Versace, Leonard, Missoni, Max Mara, Yumi Katsura, and Shieido. In 2001 she married and settled down in Honolulu to start a family. Yuriko started working at Waikiki jewelry store as a sales person. It was here that Yuriko realized she really enjoyed meeting and taking care of customers.
In her free time, Yuriko is an avid tennis player and plays on a singles league at the Oahu Club in Hawaii Kai
Damon is originally from California and has spent a significant part of his life living in the Asia Pacific Region including 13 years in Japan where he both went to school and started his business career. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science and a Master’s Degree in Pacific International Affairs (MPIA) both from the University of California. Damon started his career in the telecommunications industry and eventually he established a multi-national telecommunications firm based in both Tokyo and Singapore which served the entire Asia Pacific Region. He relocated to Hawaii in 2002 with his family with the goal of transitioning to a career in real estate thus fulfilling his lifelong dream. Damon joined the Sachi team in 2014. Along with having knowledgeable and international experience in contracts and negotiations for his clients, he likes to think of himself as a good listener and personal consultant keen on bringing the right real estate solution to his clients’ needs whatever they may be. Damon speaks English, Japanese and Spanish and on a personal note he enjoys boating and surfing.
Growing up on the Big Island’s Kona coast and in Honolulu has deeply instilled in me the Aloha Spirit. My love for Hawaii, its culture and people runs deep and is a way of life for me. There really is no other place like Hawaii to live, work and play.

In the Bay Area before the dot com boom I worked for a luxury real estate firm that specialized in homes and condominiums on Nob Hill, Pacific Heights and Russian Hill. A specialty was condominium conversions. I was one of the top sale people for the Gramercy Towers conversion from rentals to condominiums.
My real estate background experience also includes property management, personal investment, rehabilitating properties, as well as five years as a loan officer.
Prior to moving home and getting back into real estate, I worked in the travel industry for twenty years as a Corporate Event Logistic Manager. Traveling to the four corners of the globe working in foreign countries, experiencing mans diversity first hand has afforded me the capacity to communicate well, listen intently and handle details methodically.
Ocean sports, film, life balance and real estate are my passion. Spending time with family and friends is simply the best.
