Originally from Osaka, Japan, Sachi began her real estate career in 1989, subsequently achieving Broker status as well as designations as a GRI (Graduate – Realtor Institute) and Previews Property Specialist concentrating in high-end properties. As a result of her continual quest for excellence in her field, Sachi is widely recognized as a determined, knowledgeable real estate specialist, effectively and consistently providing optimal real estate service on both domestic and international levels. Her numerous achievements in her field include President’s Elite Designation from 1996 through 2002 and as Coldwell Banker’s #1 producer in 1996 and 1998 through 2002. Chikako is originally from Sendai, Japan, and is a graduate of Dokkyo University where she majored in English language, specializing in International Trade. She concurrently earned her teaching license for junior and senior high school. Chikako moved to Hawaii with her husband and two daughters in 1996, initially working as a Program Assistant at JAIMS (Japan America Institute of Management Science-Fujitsu related business school) before acquiring her Realtor Associate license in 1999. Fluent in both Japanese and English, Chikako has been an integral part of Sachi Hawaii's success from the company's inception. As Vice President, Chikako oversees marketing and promotion projects, transaction tracking, and client relations. In 2004, Chikako obtained her broker license and became Broker-in-Charge of Sachi Hawaii- Pacific Century Properties.

Originally from New Jersey, Stacie graduated Rutgers University with a degree in Management and Communication in 1986. After managing a catering company for several years, Stacie redirected her career and obtained her New Jersey Real Estate license. She practiced real estate in the Princeton, New Jersey area from 1999 until 2004 when she moved to Hawaii. Stacie joined the Sachi Hawaii office staff in the fall of 2004 and obtained her Hawaii Realtor Associate license in 2005. Stacie assists with Seller marketing, scheduling, and office management.

Born and raised on the Island of Oahu, Moe graduated from Kalani High School, concurrently attending Rainbow Gakuen Japanese School for 11 years. While attending Kalani High School, Moe was involved in community service and participated in Junior Varsity basketball. Moe acquired her real estate license in 2004 and handles the escrows for Sachi Hawaii. Moe is bilingual in Japanese and English.

Sovia is originally from Seoul, Korea. She moved to Hawaii in 1977 and has a strong and varied customer service background which aids her in providing exemplary service as a real estate associate and property manager. Sovia is fluent in English and Korean. Her background includes working as an Immigration and Customs service agent with United Airlines and Korean Airlines, working as a licensed stylist for various salons including Paul Brown, and operating her own business as a café owner. Sovia obtained her Hawaii real estate license and joined Sachi Hawaii in 2006. She became Sachi
Hawaii's property manager in December, 2007 and will handle your rental or vacant home care with insight, efficiency and integrity.

Born in Osaka, Japan, Taizo attended the University of Washington, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in International Communications. Following his licensing as a Realtor Associate in 2001, Taizo traveled to Tokyo to attend Waseda University’s intensive Japanese Language and Cultural Exchange program. Taizo subsequently rejoined the Sachi Hawaii team to concentrate on facilitation as a bilingual Buyer’s Representative.

Originally from Nagano, Japan, Emi lived in Guam and Saipan before relocating to Hawaii in 1999. Prior to acquiring her Realtor Associate’s license in 2003, Emi worked as a Tour Coordinator for a Japanese tour company. Fluent in Japanese and English, Emi is also certified as a Home Marketing Specialist. She specializes in international clientele and is a 2006 Aloha Aina Award nominee.

Shizue is a native of Japan and has been a Hawaii resident for over twenty five years. Shizue obtained her Hawaii Real Estate license in 2001 and received her Real Estate Brokers license in 2005. She is a member of the Japan-American Society of Hawaii and a board member of American Japanese Women’s Golf Association. Shizue is a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, the Hawaii State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Her varied experience in the commercial worlds of differing cultures provides her with a unique perspective to serve her clients. Tomoko is originally from Hyogo, Japan. She graduated from Dokyo University where she majored in English language with a specialty in American Literature. She moved to Hawaii in 1998 with her family. She worked for a Japanese real estate company as a property manager for three years and managed over 100 rental properties in Waikiki. Tomoko obtained her Hawaii real estate license in 2001 and she joined Sachi Hawaii in 2006. She is an Aloha Aina award nominee of 2005 and she is very familiar with properties in Waikiki.

Darouny is third generation Chinese born in Vientian, Laos. She graduated from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing degree followed by a year in the intensive French language program at the University of Sorbonne, Paris, France. Prior to moving to Hawaii, Darouny had 8 years of international work experience in Paris, France. Darouny obtained her Hawaii Real Estate license in 1993 and for over 12 years has been an industry leader helping local & international clients achieve their real estate goals. Her multilingual skills (English, French, Lao, Thai & Mandarin Chinese) & multicultural background enhance her international real estate connections in Hawaii. Darouny holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation, which is held by a very small percentage of all real estate agents nationally. She has also received several top producer awards & several Aloha Aina award nomination throughout the years. Darouny joined Sachi Hawaii in October on 2005.

Originally from Seoul, Korea, Jimyun graduated from Roger Williams University with Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. After college he joined Hawaii National Bank and was the assistant supervisor of the mortgage servicing department. Throughout his career, Jimyun has helped establish several companies from a restaurant, retail shop, wholesale business, and a service industry company. He currently owns a digital media company and specializes in real estate marketing. Jimyun joined Sachi Hawaii as a sales associate in 2006. He believes that successful real estate transactions begin with well informed buyers and sellers. He will effectively conduct your real estate transaction with insight, efficiency and integrity.

Nobu is originally born in Tokyo Japan. He moved to San Francisco, California in 1971. He began personal real estate investing and in 1978 he obtained his California real estate license and in 1987 he obtained his real estate brokers license. He specialized in helping clients build wealth by investing in various types of properties in the San Francisco Bay area that could be improved, remodeled, and sold for gain. Nobu moved to Honolulu in September, 2007. He obtained his Hawaii Real Estate Brokers license in October, 2007 and joined Sachi Hawaii as a broker agent. He plans to continue working with his investor, contractor, and developer clients from the US Mainland, and Japan to assist them buy, improve and sell properties in Hawaii.

Boo Young Lee was born and raised in Daegu, Korea. She started her real estate career in 1983 and quickly became recognized as an industry leader through her results, strong work ethic, communication skills and awareness of market activity. Boo Young has received countless awards for her accomplishments as an outstanding producer between 1985 and 1999, including many first place awards. Mamiko is originally from Kanagawa, Japan. She graduated from the Kunitachi College of Music in Japan and became a piano teacher. Mamiko moved to Hawaii in 1999. She and her husband own and operate the Hawaiian Ukulele Company which is a highly regarded music shop and teaching facility since 1995 located in Aloha Tower marketplace. Karen was born and raised in Windward, Oahu. She attended Kailua High School and continued her academic studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa where she received both her Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Real Estate and Business Management and her Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Throughout her academic career, Karen was a dancer and Director for the University of Hawaii Rainbow Dancers and was actively involved in various athletic and University related events. Soon after graduating, Karen began working in the real estate industry as an Office Manager. Karen obtained her real estate license in March 2003 and joined Sachi Hawaii in June of 2005. She is a repeated Aloha Aina award nominee and has obtained the prestigious Council of Residential Specialist designation, her Graduate Realtor Institute designation, and she is a certified ePro specialist. Katherine Y. Seo has been an active Realtor Associate for the past 25 years. Junko was born and raised in Ginza, Tokyo. While in Tokyo, she worked as a political secretary and as a coordinator for a private charter cruise ship company. In 1972 she was married and moved to Hawaii. As wife of an International diplomat to the United Nations, Junko was actively involved in promoting International friendships with Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Indonesia, South Korea, North Korea, and other Asian nations. During this time she lived in Bangkok Thailand. In 1985 Junko and her family moved back to Hawaii. Junko received her Hawaii Real Estate Sales Associate license in 1990, and embarked on an active real estate career focusing on helping international clientele. Junko is fluent in both Japanese and English. She joined the Sachi Hawaii sales team in 2006 and continues to use her international knowledge and connections to help clients not only from Japan, but throughout South East Asia and the United States.

Lani was born and raised in Kyoto, Japan. She graduated the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work. Lani worked at Lumbini Pre-School as a director for 15 years. She also taught at Makawao Honganji Japanese School for 10 years and taught Japanese language at the Maui Adult Education Center for 10 years. Lani obtained her Hawaii real estate license in January, 2004 and has been successfully serving both local and international real estate clientele. In 2006, Lani joined Sachi Hawaii as a full time agent.

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Vince graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in Geography with an emphasis on Human Geography, and a minor in Environmental Geoscience. Vince moved to Hawaii in 1996 and became a full time Realtor Associate in 2000. He joined Sachi Hawaii in 2008. Vince brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the real estate field and is well versed in every aspect of real estate transactions from start to finish.
